Black History Month
February is Black History Month and yesterday was the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth so I'll post this video that I found through Macho Sauce.
Sow what happened???? At some point, the roles switched and Republicant's started embracing the equivelent of slavery, and Democrats (except those in power in many cases) started rejecting it. What year was that? Was it the year(s) that former President George "D Dubya I" Bush's granddad was propping up the nazis????
Straw man and projection. It's former President George "D Dubya I" Bush's granddad that was propping up the Nazis before WWII. He even got prosecuted for it.
You owe an apology (or three) to former Vice-President Gore.
So what did our experiment looking at the past of the Kennedy's and Bush's show us?
"The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him." (Ezekiel 18:20)
The son shall not be found guilty for the sins of his father. What Joseph Kennedy did (or said) does not convict John F. (Jack) Kennedy in the same way that the sins of Prescott Bush do not convict George W. Bush. All four of these men have plenty of their own sin to answer for without having to answer for the sins of their fathers or grandfathers.
If you are however trying to make a connection between the Bush fortune and Nazi Germany, you might also want to look at the Kennedy fortune and the 1929 stock market crash/Great Depression.
It's common knowledge that much of the Kennedy fortune was made from the Stock Market Crash of 1929. I never said he caused the crash, but their fortune was made due to selling high and buying low. Maybe there was insider trading, maybe not, but I wouldn't put it past 'Bootlegger Joe'.
