On the Meez bandwagon
OK, I was finally able to get this to work. I can't say I'll do this again, but I won't say I won't either.
If your not asleep give me a call because there's something you should know about Meez. Best to give you this info off-line. If you get this message too late, be sure and logout of Meez.
That message from Reck was pretty cryptic. Are you having weird things happen w/ your account or something? By the way, my email is listed in my profile (cuz I'm not as paranoid (smart) as some), if anyone wants to ever use it.
I'll try to give you a call later. I've got to run my two miles today before it hits 100. I'm starting to work out again. I'm going to work up to 10 miles over the next 4 months, and up to 100 push-ups and sit ups a day. I'll get there. I'm also meeting with a brother for lunch and I work this evening. Maybe I'll call on my way to lunch. Sometime around noon. Anyway, I'll talk to you in a little while.
I'd like to go to NYC...it's on my list. Did you notice on the billboards in your pic they changed the names of Coke, Mc Donald's, etc? Interesting. Or not.
Not really, though I'd like to go back. The last time I was in NY/CT was summer 2001. I haven't been back since the towers came down. I didn't really spend much time in Manhattan though. A little bit but not much. We are going to try to go soon, but we'll see if we can get the time and the money.
I've been only once. Thought the subway was cool. I remember eatn in a restaraunt and the waiter thought everyone in Texas owned an oil well (this was in the early 80's).
I was thinking about taking the kids in Sept of '11. I'm sure they'll have some sort of 10 yr. anniversary rememberance scheduled, and I think that it would be of real value to be there for it.
Workin on a Blanco River trip post, ok if I include some pics a you guys? Unfortunetly tho, quality of shots aren't too good from that disposable camera we brought that day; half the shots didn't develope.
No problem. We have some pics too I think. But we haven't loaded them on the computer yet. Well, I haven't at least. I'll try to get to that in the next few days. I've been working a lot lately, so I haven't been on the computer as much. But post away.
Think I'll incorporate the green Blanco river trip into a larger post; pic quality only leaves me a couple a decent shots. One of which is me whippin ya at teether/racket ball ;)
